The short version

FloridaFixPros is a directory. When you call or text a pro from a listing, you contact that business directly — we never see your conversation. When you use our request form, we share your request only with matched pros in the trade and city you chose, so they can respond. We never sell your information as a "shared lead" to lists of companies.

What we collect

• Request form: your name, phone number, service, city and job details — used only to connect you with matched pros.
• Call/text clicks: when you tap Call or Text on a listing, we record an anonymous click count for that listing (with a one-way hashed network identifier, kept 24 hours for de-duplication). We do not record call audio or message content.
• Pro applications: business details you submit on the join form, used to create and verify your listing.
• Basic analytics: page views and device/browser information to keep the site fast and useful.

What we never do

• Sell homeowner requests to multiple competing companies.
• Share your phone number with companies outside the trade and city you requested.
• Send marketing texts or calls without your consent.

Texts and calls

If you submit a request, you consent to be contacted by FloridaFixPros and matched pros by call or text about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.

Business listings

Listing information (business name, address, phone, license number) is compiled from public business records. Business owners may claim, correct, or remove a listing at any time through the join page.
